Milan Ruparelia 

Head of MENA Public Sector, Adobe

Milan Ruparelia serves as the Head of MENA Public Sector at Adobe, where he leads strategic partnerships with governments and giga projects to drive experience-led digital transformations across the Middle East. His work focuses on shaping digital visions, modernising citizen services, and scaling contextual experiences for both citizens and tourists.


With over 13+ years of leadership experience in the region, Milan brings deep expertise in customer experience management and digital transformations. Under his leadership, Adobe has established a strong presence within the region and has become a strategic partner to leading flagship organisations and government authorities in KSA.

 

Prior to Adobe, he held senior roles at IBM and SAP, delivering transformation initiatives within the region across financial services, telecom, and the public sector.

 

Milan holds a First-Class Honours degree in Business Computing Systems from City University, London, executive education in Digital Marketing Strategy at INSEAD and is registered as a Computer Scientist under the Saudi Council of Engineers' Professional Accreditation Program.

Wael Elfakharany

Director of Middle East, Adobe

Wael Elfakharany is a seasoned technology executive and board member with more than three decades of leadership across the digital, finance, and tech industries.


As Director for the Middle East at Adobe, he drives regional strategy and helps organisations harness Adobe’s creative, marketing, and document-cloud solutions to accelerate digital transformation and customer engagement.


Before joining Adobe, Wael served as CEO of Edenred Middle East, where he empowered over two million UAE cardholders with innovative fintech services. His career also includes senior roles at Google, Google X, Careem, IBM, and Oracle, where he built high-performing teams and scaled cutting-edge digital initiatives.


A sought-after speaker, mentor, and investor, Wael is known for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and passion for making technology accessible to all.

Peter leads Adobes team in the MENA region, with the mission of educating the market about the importance of experience-led growth.

Hamza Naqshbandi

Hamza is Adobe’s Strategic Value Director for the Middle East, where he works with C-level leaders and senior decision-makers to unlock the full potential of Adobe’s cutting edge solutions. With more than 20 years of experience at the crossroads of technology, consulting, and market strategy, he helps organizations navigate digital disruption, accelerate growth, and build stronger customer connections.

 

Prior to Adobe, he held senior leadership roles at International Data Corporation (IDC), including Vice President of Consulting & Custom Solutions for the Middle East, Türkiye & Africa, and General Manager for Saudi Arabia & Bahrain. In these roles, he advised governments, Fortune 500s, and regional enterprises on shaping national ICT agendas, driving enterprise-scale transformation, and enabling public-private partnerships aligned with national transformation initiatives such as the Saudi Vision 2030.

 

Passionate about translating insight into impact, Hamza thrives at the intersection of emerging technologies, business strategy, and customer-centric innovation - empowering enterprises to lead in a digital-first world.

Edmund Atcheson

Head of Innovation MEA, Adobe

Edd Atcheson is Head of Innovation in the Middle East, helping companies transform into experience businesses and creating the space and support for innovation. Before joining Adobe, he led 14 digital transformations at a global and local level for NatWest, Virgin Atlantic, American Express, GSK, Unilever, Volvo and many more brands. He brings real world experience to help Adobe customers create and sustain an experience business and, if they transform themselves, innovate.

Suzanne Steele

Vice President and Managing Director, Adobe UK/I, Middle East

Suzanne is a customer-centric and people-focused leader. At Adobe,  she is responsible for taking the EMEA business to new heights, as well as supporting customers in realising their mission of delivering personalised experiences. She has over 25 years experience leading and motivating management teams across data, software, and analytics.
