Milan Ruparelia serves as the Head of MENA Public Sector at Adobe, where he leads strategic partnerships with governments and giga projects to drive experience-led digital transformations across the Middle East. His work focuses on shaping digital visions, modernising citizen services, and scaling contextual experiences for both citizens and tourists.
With over 13+ years of leadership experience in the region, Milan brings deep expertise in customer experience management and digital transformations. Under his leadership, Adobe has established a strong presence within the region and has become a strategic partner to leading flagship organisations and government authorities in KSA.
