Prior to Adobe, he spent eight years in the defense industry as an engineer on various naval and aerospace programs. Jon holds an MBA from Brigham Young University and an MS in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.Â

Rick Maddox has more than 25 years’ experience in software product management and marketing. At Adobe, he is a principal product marketing manager for Adobe Analytics, where he enjoys working with customers to ensure their success, organizing customer events, and executing product launches. Omnichannel customer journeys, personalization, and optimization are just a few topics constantly buzzing in his head. Prior to his current role at Adobe, Rick was director of demand generation, campaigns, and sales enablemzqent at Workfront. Prior to Workfront, Rick held various leadership positions in product management and marketing at Symantec, worldwide agency giant McCann Erickson, and Novell. Rick graduated from the University of Utah and is a loyal Ute fan.

Along with Blair Reeves, he is the co-author of Building Products for the Enterprise: Product Management in Enterprise Software, available now from O'Reilly Media. In her spare time, Rachel is on a wellness journey, discovering new ways to reset and recover. She enjoys getting outdoors with her pups and spending time with friends and family.

Jen Kleinrock is first and foremost a creative project manager and operations specialist, with a passion for establishing processes and organization that facilitate efficiency and strengthen/preserve relationships. Coming from a social marketing agency background, she’s managed projects for major corporations like Netflix, AT&T, and Coca-Cola. At Delta, Jen is the Senior Manager of Creative Operations for Delta’s award-winning in-house creative agency, Window Seat. Her team of project managers manage upwards of 2,500 creative projects per year, varying in scale and complexity from small one-off designs to Delta’s on-board Safety Video production. Jen co-led Delta’s first implementation of Workfront in 2019, and currently leads Delta’s Workfront Governance efforts as more teams across the enterprise come on board.
