With over 20 years' experience in the software industry, Richard has worked in a variety of global roles, including engineering, marketing, and product management. He's worked in many technology areas, including software as a service (SaaS), cloud computing, identity and access management, operating systems, and systems management. He's held senior positions at Citrix, NetIQ, Novell and Franklin Covey and is currently the Director of Product Marketing for Workfront. Richard is a graduate of Design Engineering from Brigham Young University and an eMBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. He is a recognized public speaker, and has authored many industry articles and books.

Aaron Shields drives product strategy and development for Adobe Experience Platform Audiences and Segmentation Experience. He is part of Adobe's Platform Product Management Team, leading the integration of data, software, and services that sets Adobe apart as an industry leader. Aaron joined the Adobe team in 2012, and has led product teams in pioneering many of Adobe’s first cross-solution integrations. His passion for integration and customer experience are at the core of the product teams he manages, and a key factor in the success of those teams. A former Aerospace Engineer, Aaron’s prior experience includes work with Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles and developmental testing on the five-segment boosters for NASA’s Space Launch System (SLS). He is also an avid rock climber and motorcyclist and enjoys spending time with his wife and six children.

She previously interned at Adobe in 2021 focusing on Audience Manager and Adobe Experience Platform better together strategy. Kate is currently training for the Chicago Marathon in October 2023.
