Chelsea Bell Eady is a design educator, strategist, and inclusive design advocate with over two decades of experience in the design and technology industry. As an Instructor and Co-Coordinator of the Bachelor of Design program at Capilano University’s IDEA School of Design, she integrates professional practice with human-centered design, fostering accessibility, equity, and co-creation in education.
Beyond education, Chelsea leads a consultancy specializing in narrative-driven, inclusive design solutions across digital, print, and product design. Her work emphasizes collaboration, storytelling, and the power of design to drive meaningful social change.
Rachel Rivera is a visual artist and co-founder of WKNDRS, a creative design agency specializing in murals, live art, and textile prints. Drawing inspiration from the natural world, her vibrant designs explore the intersection of nature and supernatural aesthetics. Rachel’s work aims to inspire, provoke, and elevate the spaces she touches, often drawing from her personal experiences of living in Canmore and Vancouver.

Claire Ouchi is an artist, muralist, and co-founder of WKNDRS, a creative agency known for its bold design and impactful art installations. Claire's artistic practice is grounded in the exploration of storytelling through large-scale murals and custom textile prints. Her work often reflects themes of connection, identity, and environmental awareness, creating immersive experiences for her audience. Based in Vancouver, Claire is passionate about creating work that sparks conversation and fosters community engagement.
With over a decade of experience in the creative industry, Carly has built a career as a multidisciplinary graphic designer, specializing in branding, packaging, illustration, and content creation. Her work spans industries, from food and beverage to beauty and high-level corporate companies, helping businesses craft compelling visual identities and impactful storytelling. She has worked with startups, established brands, and publicly traded companies, bringing a strategic approach to design and brand development. Her work can be seen in and around her hometown of Vancouver, including brands like Healthy Hippo Candy, Classy Claws Nail Studio, Karma Lounge, and Mansion Nightclub. Today, through her creative studio BANX, she develops bold, colourful, and thoughtfully crafted concepts for businesses looking to stand out in competitive markets.
I am an independent graphic designer, illustrator and art director based in Vancouver, BC. Since 2006, I have worked with a wide variety of clients of all sizes, specializing in branding, packaging and print projects with a focus on illustration, typography and custom lettering. Past clients include The Royal Canadian Mint, The Washington Post, Old Spice, Oprah Magazine and Softball Canada. As a freelancer, I have collaborated with numerous creative agencies, from Jones Knowles Ritchie and Y&R Prague internationally to renowned Canadian shops like Hulse & Durrell, Pound & Grain, and Rethink. From 2010–14, I worked in-house for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, where I cut my teeth with daily lettering experiments as the primary designer and art director for CBC Radio 3.

As a Senior Manager at Electronic Arts, she led the Experience Design and Analytics team, focusing on optimizing processes to maximize design impact. She specializes in managing distributed creative teams and implementing strategic hiring practices to build high-performing design organizations.
