Hey there! I'm Ria Concessao, a creative problem solver, passionate about crafting compelling visuals that tell real stories. My journey began as a content producer and account manager, but I soon realized my heart lay in the creative process instead. Prior to joining Cossette, I went from being a "shy intern" to a "boss lady" Lead Creative Producer at Supari Studios, Mumbai, India where I honed my skills in film and content production. It's been eight years into this industry and each day STILL manages to catch me by surprise, maybe that's why I love it so much?

Pablo has 20 years of experience in creative innovation, empowering team members, and entrepreneurship. These qualities helped me co-found and grow Jam3 from a 3-person operation to one the world’s top experience agencies with 200+ employees—helping craft groundbreaking and award-winning advertising experiences along the way.
We were killing it—which led directly to our 2021 merger with global titan Media.Monks. The same skill set has driven my success as CCO for the Experience.Monks division. Leading a team of 100, I continue to push the envelope in brand creative and shape experiences at the forefront of the digital world. In addition, I’ve been privileged to mentor talent from around the globe, helping them grow and align their personal goals with the company's.
The most important learnings from my career? Simplify complexity. Elevate teams by empowering them. Ground your leadership in a strong vision that you truly believe in. And Innovate or die.
Ben Courtice is a Canadian artist living in New York City, where he runs Boring Friends, a one-guy design studio and online shop. After nearly a decade working as a designer in the tech industry, Ben set out into the terrifying and unpredictable jungle known as “Working as a Freelance Artist in This Day and Age” and transformed his mostly-messing-around art account on social media into a full time job of branding, illustration, an online shop for prints and apparel, and using his platform as a means for positive social change, encouraging others along their creative journeys, and to show off whatever he’s been working on lately which probably involves a drawing of a butt or a bunch of swear words or likely both.
