She specializes in analytics strategy, reporting, and implementation, particularly within Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. Frances leads a talented team of analytics consultants located in both Canada and the United States. Her expertise drives client success across various industries, including Healthcare and Technology. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Toronto Metropolitan University and has earned multiple certifications in Adobe solutions.

Satheeskanna Krishnan

Lead Architect, Bounteous x Accolite

Satheeskanna Krishnan is a Lead Architect at Bounteous x Accolite, bringing 18 years of IT consulting experience. Specializing in marketing automation, Satheeskanna excels in implementing solutions that significantly enhance customer engagement and ROI. His deep expertise in marketing automation platforms enables him to deliver tailored solutions for clients, leveraging his cross-functional and analytical skills to optimize marketing campaigns.

 

In his current role, Satheeskanna leads MarTech implementations and plays a pivotal role in building the Adobe community. He serves as a subject matter expert on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, guiding clients to achieve their marketing goals through innovative and effective strategies.

Today, he works with our global partners to build and deliver successful customer solutions that drive revenue using the Adobe Experience Platform. He supports the Adobe partner ecosystem by evangelising the technology scope and benefits of AEP, primarily focused on strategic partnership initiatives that accelerate digital transformation.
