He has advised and served commercial and federal executives across many industries and leads with an enterprise change management focus to ensure client investments drive the outcomes for which they set out for. Prior to LeapPoint, Mr. DeBenedetto worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a management consultant specializing in Portfolio Management, a contractor to the U.S. Department of state to build their global management information system, and as a utility player for a packaged software company where he performed numerous corporate roles.

Serving as Head of North American Financial Services Practice and President of Adobe Canada, Salim Maherali is passionate about building high-performance teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences. This has led to Adobe becoming a recognized leader in the explosive digital marketing category. Before joining Adobe, Salim served as the CIO, SVP of E-Commerce and Omni-Channel at Sears Canada and an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company in Toronto, leading their North American retail practice. Based in Toronto, Salim has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Masters in Development Economics from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. He continues to pass along his experience and education serving as an advisor to numerous technology start-ups.

As Senior Director of Industry Strategy for Financial Services at Adobe, Christopher Young leads a team of industry specialists who work with Adobe’s financial services clients to help them develop best-in-class digital marketing strategies using Adobe Experience Cloud. Prior to joining Adobe, Young spent more than eight years at E*TRADE Financial, where his last position was vice president of brokerage marketing. Prior to E*TRADE, he was the vice president of retail advertising at JPMorgan Chase. Young also has extensive agency experience working with a range of clients across traditional, direct and digital advertising and marketing programs.
