Shawn’s passion for filmmaking started early, making movies for his family, which inspired him to move to LA and pursue a career in the film industry. His journey began as a video editor for Buzzfeed, MGM, and Riot Games. He also worked as a trainer at Apple for five years before moving to Frame.io. There, he started in customer support, addressing workflow issues, and later joined the Frame.io marketing team. He created a series of training videos called "Tip of the Week" and "Short Cuts developed the virtual event program Frame.io Live. Now at Adobe, Shawn serves as a Video Evangelist, focusing on content creation to engage and inspire the creative community.
Nneka Julia is a Brooklyn-based Writer, Filmmaker, and Host. As the daughter of immigrants from Cambodia and Nigeria, her work focuses on the intersection of culture, travel, and the human experience. With the consistent help from her beloved Adobe suite, Nneka uses her passion for storytelling to create bold, colorful words and imagery. Her work thus far has led her to her most exciting venture yet - Writing and directing her first short film, Passing Through, debuting this spring.
Kelsey Brannan, the creator and host of Premiere Gal on YouTube, has empowered over 555,000+ creators with her weekly video editing tutorials, tech reviews, and pro video tips. Before her YouTube success, Kelsey honed her storytelling skills in Washington, D.C., producing and editing documentaries for State Department-funded programs. Armed with an M.A. from Georgetown University (CCT) and a B.A. from UCSB Film & Media, she combines academic expertise with creative flair. Originally from San Francisco, she now lives in Europe, balancing her love for tennis, travel, and being a proud dog mom, all while inspiring creators worldwide through her YouTube channel.
